where has smartclean gone?

My most used and valued tool seems to be shorn from the latest update. Is there a way of getting it back or can someone point me to the previous version so I can revert to that one.

  This feature cannot be supported in the 64-bit versions and has been removed.

  If you are using a Mac, there is no alternative since Apple no longer support 32-bit applications. Are you using Windows, you can get the 32-bit version from here:
