Loss of favorites and albums in Fotoweb when moving to new server and installation

We were promised that the latest version (now running Fotoweb 80938) should solve the problem with  loss of favorites (pinned photos) and albums in Fotoweb when moving to new server and installation.

160 users lost them again on our new installation. Through our d ealer we have been told this can not be solved.

Anyone with experience of solving this issue?
