FotoWeb - Separate permissions for Markers and Actions

I think it would be useful to have the option to allow users to see Standard markers. Currently, access to workflow needs to be enabled for users to see markers but they also gain access to actions which is not always desirable.

  I can see your point - especially since standard markers don't have any kind of workflow functionality associated with them. I will raise a request for a change. No promises though :)
