Feature request: filtering quick search uses

Hi

Already two of our customers asked for filtering out specific fields from the quick search. Both are in the TV sector and they add general descriptions of TV programs to all pictures of a show. Problem is that if they add the presenter to the description, you get all pictures from that show when searching for that presenters name. While the presenter is not displayed in the photo. So they want to rule out specific fields out of the quick search.
