FotoWare software is sold through an international network of Certified Partners, who are the customers' primary contact for technical support and sales inquiries.
Your Software Maintenance Agreement contract will state your contact points for technical support (email addresses and phone numbers).
Customers can escalate tickets to FotoWare in the unlikely event that a partner is unable to provide satisfactory support or respond within the guaranteed response time. In this case, submit a ticket here.
